Pumpkin & Coconut Soup

A quick & easy delicious energy-packed meal ideal for hiking, camping or anytime! Weighing only 125g a packet of our Pumpkin & Coconut Soup Mix is a great addition to your backpack when hiking. Just stir through the boiling water. With no added salt it's healthy too. You can make it even better with a few extra additions.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 120G Packet of Spices Australias Pumpkin & Coconut Soup Mix

  • 500ml Water

  • (optional) Salt & Pepper

  • (optional) Sour Cream

  • (optional) Fresh Chili

 
 

METHOD

  1. Boil 500ml of water

  2. Place 120g of Pumpkin & Coconut Soup Mix into a bowl or large mug

  3. Pour over boiling water and whisk till smooth ( a fork works too). Takes about 20 seconds

  4. Now it's ready to eat. If you have salt and pepper you can season the soup to increase the flavour

  5. Or go one step further & top with a dollop of sour cream and a few slices of chilli
